CONSTRUCTION

  • Housing made of high-quality polymer-coated steel, with heat and sound insulation made of mineral wool, expanded synthetic rubber or other materials.
  • Versions with integrated pre- and post-heating registers are available for use in cold climates.

AIR FILTER

  • The supply and exhaust air is filtered using panel filters. Filter class and components depend on the size of the system.
  • The exhaust air is filtered via G4 panel filters.

ENGINES

  • Highly efficient EC motors with external rotors and radial impellers with forward-curved blades are used for ventilation. EC motors achieve a very good ratio of power to delivery volume and thus enable energy-efficient ventilation according to the latest requirements.
  • EC motors are characterized by high performance, low noise levels and optimal controllability at all rotation speeds. The undisputed advantage of the electronically commutated motor is its high efficiency (up to 90%).

BYPASS

  • The ventilation systems are equipped with a bypass. In summer, the bypass opens for natural cooling and ventilation.

AIR FLAPS

  • Automatic supply and exhaust air flaps prevent drafts when the ventilation system is at a standstill.

HEATING COIL

Preheating

  • The CIVIC EC LBE 300 S21 ventilation system is equipped with an electric preheater to protect the heat exchanger from frost.

HEAT EXCHANGER

  • The CIVIC EC LBE 300 S21 ventilation system is equipped with a countercurrent enthalpy heat exchanger.
  • In the cold season, fresh, cold outside air removes the heat and moisture from the exhaust air via the enthalpy membrane. Heat recovery minimizes heat losses caused by ventilation.
  • In the warm season, the exhaust air extracts the heat and moisture from the outside air via the enthalpy membrane and the cooled supply air flows into the room. Heat recovery minimizes the operating load on air conditioning systems.

STEERING

  • The CIVIC EC LBE 300 S21 ventilation system has a built-in control unit.
  • The S21 control unit enables the system to be integrated into smart home/building automation systems.
  • The ventilation system can be controlled via WLAN with the Blauberg AHU app.

FUNCTIONALITY

  • The cold outside air flows through the filters and the heat exchanger and is supplied to the room via the centrifugal supply air fan.
  • The warm, used exhaust air flows through the filter and the heat exchanger and is led outside via the radial exhaust fan.
