CHARACTERISTICS

  • Energy-efficient decentralized ventilation.
  • Low power consumption EC fans.
  • The supply air is filtered via the two built-in G4 and F7 filters. The recirculation mode ensures additional air purification. Optionally available with H13 filter.
  • The design allows the connection of an exhaust pipe from the bathroom.
  • Easy assembly.
  • Compact size.
  • The ventilation system is controlled with WiFi via an app (Android/iOS).

CONSTRUCTION

  • The housing is made of polymer-coated steel.
  • The cover is easy to open for filter maintenance and is equipped with a lock.
  • The ventilation system has two connection sockets with a diameter of 100 mm for removing stale air and supplying fresh air. In addition, a third nozzle with ⌀ 100mm (included in delivery) can be installed to connect an exhaust pipe from the bathroom.
  • Versions with integrated pre- and post-heating available for use in cold climates.
  • The modern design fits every interior.

FANS

  • Highly efficient EC motors with external rotors and forward curved blades are used for ventilation. EC motors achieve a very good ratio of power to delivery volume and enable energy-efficient ventilation according to current requirements.
  • EC motors are characterized by a high delivery rate and a fully controllable speed range. The efficiency of up to 90% is a decisive advantage of electronically controlled motors.

AIR FLAPS

  • To prevent drafts when the ventilation system is switched off, it is equipped with supply and exhaust air flaps.

AIR FILTERING

  • The supply and recirculation air is filtered via G4 and F7 filters. If there are increased requirements for air purity, an H13 filter (ordered separately) can be installed subsequently to the F7 filter.
  • The exhaust air is filtered via G4 panel filters.

FUNCTIONALITY

Heat recovery operation

  • The cold outside air flows through the filters and the heat exchanger and is supplied to the room via the centrifugal supply air fan.
  • The warm, used exhaust air flows through the filter and the heat exchanger and is led outside via the radial exhaust fan.
  • The supply and exhaust air flows remain completely separated during heat exchange, so that dirt, odors and germs cannot be transferred between the air flows.

Recirculation mode

  • The supply and exhaust air flaps are closed, the recirculation air flap is open. The exhaust air circulates through the filters and flows back filtered.

HEATING COIL

Preheating

  • The Freshbox E2-200 ERV WiFi ventilation system is equipped with an electric preheater to protect the heat exchanger from frost.

Post-heating

  • The Freshbox E2-200 ERV WiFi ventilation system is equipped with an electric post-heater to increase the supply air temperature.

FROST PROTECTION

  • The Freshbox E2-200 ERV WiFi ventilation system has an electric preheater for frost protection.

HEAT EXCHANGER

  • The ventilation system is equipped with a countercurrent heat exchanger with an enthalpy membrane.
  • In the cold season, the heat and moisture in the exhaust air are transferred to the draft via the enthalpy membrane, which reduces heat losses from the ventilation.
  • In the warm season, the heat and moisture from the outside air are transferred to the exhaust air via the enthalpy membrane. This means cooler and drier drafts enter the room, which reduces the operating load on air conditioning systems.

STEERING

  • The ventilation system is equipped with a control panel.
  • A remote control is included.
  • With WiFi connection.

ASSEMBLY EXAMPLE

  • One or more Freshbox E2-200 ERV WiFi ventilation systems are installed in each room that needs to be ventilated.
  • An additional ventilation pipe can be connected to the ventilation system to ventilate a bathroom.
  • For this purpose, the ventilation system must be equipped with an additional connection piece with a diameter of 100 mm.
